INVOICE PRICE

This function is used to display the Invoice Price of a product.

If you know the stock number of the product:

1. Enter the product's stock number in the Stock # field.
2. Click the "Search" button to view the Invoice Price screen.

After the Invoice Price Results screen appears with price and date information, you can do the following:

• To view Inventory data about the tire:
  1. Click the "Inventory" button to display the Inventory Inquiry screen.
  2. Enter a quantity in the Qty field.
  3. Click the "Search" button to see inventory data by DC.
• To view Historical Price data:
  1. Complete the Enter-Date-To-Inquire field.
  2. Enter a quantity in the Qty field.
  3. Click the "Search" button to reload the Invoice Price Data screen with price data for the date you entered, if available.
• To search for the Invoice Price of another tire, click the Invoice Prices menu option to re-display the Invoice Price Search screen.

Full Pricing Download

By clicking this function, the system will initiate the download of ALL Products and ALL Brands that the Ship To assigned to the User ID is authorized to purchase.

Once the download is initiated, the link will be displayed as 'Invoice Price Download Initiated'. If you stay on the Invoice Price Download page, please click the Refresh button for data to be refreshed and accessible. The link will change to 'Task Completed. Download available' once the file is complete.

To open the file, click on the link 'Task Completed. Download available'. The file will be in xls format.

Customized Price Download/ View All Downloads

By clicking this function, the Invoice Price download page will be displayed. Select the Category and Brand of the download to be initiated. Multiple categories and/or multiple brands can be selected at the same time by holding down the Ctrl key while selecting additional options.

Please NOTE: The file download details will ONLY include products where both authorization to purchase and pricing exist.

Once the selection has been made, click on the Download button for the download to be initiated in the list below the product selection. If you stay on the Invoice Price Download page, please click the Refresh button for data to be refreshed and accessible. The link will change to 'Task Completed. Download available' once the file is complete.

If you navigate out of this page, to return to view downloads click Invoice Price on the left menu and then Customized Pricing Download / View All Downloads.

To open the file, click on the link 'Task Completed. Download available'. The file will be in xls format.
