Bib Net Order# - unique tracking reference number for system use;
does not mean anything to dealer or distributor
Order Date - Date order saved on Bib Net
Status - (Open, Submitted, Canceled, Invoiced, Voided)
Express Order# - Order number assigned by Distributor; form number of the
claim sent to Michelin via POS processing.
Submit Date - Date order released to Distributor for processing.
Invoice Number - Once an order has been shipped by the distributor, claim processed
at Michelin, and debit invoice for dealer available on BIB NET, an invoice number will be available.
If an order is in invoiced status and you have access to BIB NET
Invoice Inquiry and On Invoice Price functions, the invoice number will be a
hyperlink. You will be taken to the invoice inquiry screen if you click on this link.
Ship Date - only shown if order in Submit status and distributor has shipped
the product.
Totals - Order units and weight based on order quantity. The next
three fields(units, weight, and value) will either represent Commit or shipped values. If the Status of the
order is Submitted and distributor has shipped the product, these totals will say "Ship"; otherwise,
they will say "Commit". This $value will only display if the user has access to see pricing information.

Order Qty
Available to Commit/Commit Qty - this will be the available to commit
quantity if the order is in Open status meaning that a stock lookup against the
distributor's inventory has indicated that the quantity is available.
It will be labeled Commit Qty once the order goes into
Submit status meaning that the distributor has allocated the quantity to the order.
Shipped Quantity - This quantity will only be available if the
distributor has actually shipped the goods.
Unit Price of the line item. This will be a hyperlink if the price
includes fet to show the price/fet breakdown. Price will only show if you have access
in BIB NET to see pricing information.
Commit/Ship Value - This value will either represent Commit or shipped values. If the Status of the
order is Submitted and distributor has shipped the product, this value will be the shipped value; otherwise,
it will be the commit value. This value will only display if the user has access to see pricing information.
Unit Weight - unit weight in pounds of the line item
Commit/Ship Weight - This value will either represent Commit or shipped values. If the Status of the
order is Submitted and distributor has shipped the product, this value will be the shipped value; otherwise,
it will be the commit value.
